How did I get into Promotional Work?

I found getting into promotional work very hard to do.

I had always being interested in doing promotional work after working for my family business at the Town and Country Festival when I was 16.

I worked for T&L Services which was my dads plumbing business, so when I finished school I looked at applying for promotional work only to find that the local careers office could not support me and that I would have to be over 18 for most positions that I eventual applied for.

It my twenties I also found that driving was a essential due to the location of some of the work and the hours being unsociable at times.

I found it very hard to break into this line of work and the being with an agency would be required which I was not personally happy to join due to having to pay fees and at times be paid on commission.

I have therefore only worked for friends, family and local charities when it comes to promotional work but may look at doing it again in the future.

Any one looking at employing me for promotional work in the future please feel free to contact me.
